What happens if the job can't be done at home?
Sometimes a fault needs a ramp or specialist tools. If that's the case, the mechanic will say so on arrival, you only pay the diagnostic fee, and we'll help arrange a garage if you want one.
How do I pay?
On the day, once the job is done. Card, bank transfer, or cash, whatever's easiest. The price is locked in by phone before the mechanic sets off, so there are no surprises on the doorstep.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. Parts come with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months) and labour is guaranteed for 90 days. If something we did fails, we come back and fix it.
Do you supply the parts?
We do. The price you're quoted includes parts and labour. If you'd rather supply your own, tell us on the call and we'll quote labour only.
Are the prices on the site final?
They're a starting point. Once we know the car and the symptom, we confirm the exact price by phone before the mechanic sets off. No surprises on the doorstep.
