Questions

• How do I know it is the battery and not the alternator?

  We test both. A flat battery that recharges and holds is a battery. A battery that drains within hours of being charged usually points at the alternator or a parasitic drain. We tell you which on-site before we sell you a new battery.

• Will I lose radio codes and settings when the battery is changed?

  No. We use a memory keeper that powers the car while the old battery is out, so codes, presets, seat memory and stored windows are preserved.

• Do you register the battery to the car?

  Yes for BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Volvo, Land Rover and any other manufacturer that requires it. The car needs to know the new battery is fitted so it charges it correctly.
